Giuseppe Ristagno is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the Department of Pathophysiology and Transplantation, University of Milan, Italy, an Anesthesiologist at the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Emergency, Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, University of Milan, Italy, and the Head of the Laboratory of Cardiopulmonary Pathophysiology, Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri IRCCS, Milan, Italy. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Open University, Milton Keynes, UK, in 2013. He has established expertise and leadership in the fields of resuscitation, first aid, critical care medicine, emergency medicine, anesthesiology, and clinical experimental research.
