Dr. Steve C. Christos, FACEP, FAAEM is Chairman of the Emergency Medicine Department, Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He has been Clinical Assistant Professor for over twenty-six years, holding academic appointments at the Resurrection Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency Program, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. In addition, he serves as Associate Program Director of the Resurrection Medical Center Transitional Year Residency. He has contributed to over eighty peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, photographs, posters, and national and international presentations, reflecting broad academic interests and dedication to advancing emergency medicine. He has co-authored “Success in Medical School and Beyond: Mnemonics and Pearls” Handbook, a practical and widely utilized educational resource designed to support Resident Physicians and Medical Students.
