Tammy Motov is the Vice President of Emergency Services at Maimonides Medical Center, bringing two decades of progressive leadership and frontline clinical experience within one of the nation’s busiest urban healthcare systems. Over the past 20 years at Maimonides, she has gained a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of emergency care delivery. In her current executive role, she provides strategic oversight for emergency services with a focus on operational excellence, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. She played a key leadership role in the successful launch of a Free-Standing Emergency Department, working collaboratively across clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure readiness, efficiency, and strong patient outcomes. She has also overseen major expansion initiatives at their main campus, including the development of new Pediatric, Psychiatric, and Rapid Care Emergency Departments. Her leadership approach is grounded in respect for frontline teams, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to translate strategic vision into measurable operational results.
